Office Staff Reserves Policy
- Office staff must identify and train a person who will take on all the tasks usually associated with their job descriptions while they are on leave.
- Office staff reserves must be current staff, unless no staff member expresses an interest. They must at least be co-op members. Stock Coordinator reserves should be Shop Coordinators.
- All staff must be given the opportunity to apply for a reserve position when expressions of interest are being sought. If necessary, a staff meeting will decide on any ballot for a particular position.
- The Members' Council must ratify reserve positions before training begins.
