Background
The AH Volunteer Teams proposal is about focusing our energies as an MC, getting and maintaining active member & volunteer engagement, and making sure when the MC meet we have all relevant information to make decisions and take actions swiftly.
Each Team will be headed by an MC member or Non-MC volunteer and will report to the MC each month on the (1) actions the stream has taken; (2) the KPIs that the MC ask the stream to measure (3) compare performance vs last reporting period (4) make recommendations on the proceeding month. The Team Head will be responsible for leading their area of Alfalfa House and developing a strategy to improve and develop the co-op.
